Welcome to the ARS Scientific Meeting Registration Module!

This web-base service processes registration applications for ARS scientific meetings.

IMPORTANT!
If you are a member of the ARS and wish to qualify for ARS member meeting registration discounts, please log into the system by clicking the button labeled "Member Sign In" on the left.

All transactions processed through the ARS Member Services internet system are eligible for a 10% discount. To qualify for this discount, you must pay for registration with a credit card through the ARS web site.

Directions:

1. Please click on the name of the scientific meeting for which you wish to register. You will be directed to a special web page that contains an application form.
2. Most scientific meetings have additional info about the meeting available as a PDF download. If you wish to review this info (if available), please click on the appropriate link. (You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. For more info, click here [link to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html ]).
3. Please complete all information on the registration form.
4. After submitting the form through the Internet, you will receive an automatic response via E-mail. Please print out the E-mail response. It will serve as your ticket for admission to the special event.
5. All E-mail responses contain a special alphanumeric code. Please use that code in all correspondence.
6. The Registration Deadline is midnight central time on the day specified as the Registration Deadline. All Event Start Times are local time at the location of the event.
