Welcome to the ARS Special Event Module!

This web-base service processes registration for special events hosted or sponsored by the ARS. All registration for these special events is processed through this internet-based application. Unfortunately, registrations cannot be handled through fax, phone or regular mail.

Directions:

1. Please click on the name of the special event for which you wish to register. You will be directed to a special web page that contains an application form.
2. Most events have additional info about the event available as a PDF download. If you wish to review this info (if available), please click on the appropriate link. (You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. For more info, click here).
3. Please complete all information on the registration form.
4. After submitting the form through the Internet, you will receive an automatic response via E-mail. This E-mail response will indicate if you have been accepted for the event. (Alternatively, you may be placed on wait-list, or your request may be rejected if there is a tremendous amount of interest in the event.)
5. Please print out the E-mail response. It will serve as your ticket for admission to the special event.
6. All E-mail responses contain a special alphanumeric code. Please use that code in all correspondence.
7. The Registration Deadline is midnight central time on the day specified as the Registration Deadline. All Event Start Times are local time at the location of the event.
